Our Location


Century 21 Valley Realty Crestone is conveniently located just a half mile inside the entrance to the Baca Grande at 34 Camino Baca Grande. We're on the main road, in the renovated A-frame at the northeast corner of Camino Baca Grande and Baca Grant Way.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., and on Saturday by appointment. We're also available for showings by appointment outside of normal business hours.

If there are specific listings you're interested in, please give us a call to schedule a showing appointment. Otherwise, feel free to stop by whenever you're in the area.We'd be happy to tell you about current listings, provide local maps and information or just share some friendly conversation.

Terry Smith has owned and operated Century 21 Valley Realty since 1983 and currently has offices in Alamosa, South Fork, Crestone and Monte Vista, Colorado. He is a 4th generation San Luis Valley native and loves to call the Valley home. He has children, grandchildren and his parents all still living here. Joyce purchased Crestone Realty in 1991, after leaving the corporate world and relocating to the Baca Grande and attaining her Broker's license. Joyce was able to use her financial background and organization skills to work with clients with honesty and integrity in completing real estate transactions. She has been involved with the Baca Grande Library as well as the Saguache County Credit Union to assist in building a sense of community to newcomers and long-time residents alike. In her thirteen plus years in real estate, Jillian has built a strong reputation for integrity and honesty, always promoting ethics and compassion. Jillian's passion for the land has led her to become an advocate of sustainability and eco-friendly livng. She is the only certified EcoBroker in the Crestone area. EcoBroker is a national and international program designed to promote and encourage energy efficiency and sustainable design in real estate properties. Jillian also devotes considerable time as a board member of the Crestone/Baca Land Trust, a non-profit organization that preserves open space, wildlife habitat and wetlands in the region. Cindy has been a part of the Crestone/Baca community for 12 years. She moved here in the mid 90’s to raise her two children close to nature. Over the years she has been involved with many of the Moffat School District’s activities and is also a member of the Crestone Spiritual Alliance and the Baca Grande Volunteer Fire Department. Cindy has been a successful business owner for many years and is the publisher of Crestone ~ A Sacred Earth Journal. These experiences have shown her that dedication and integrity are required to be successful.
